Xyloquint is an independent music project by Aram Kovach: a catalog of recordings composed in collaboration with AI, presented here alongside self-hosted playback, catalog information, and links to where the full catalog lives on third-party platforms.

2. Content ownership

All music, recordings, artwork, text, and design on this Site are owned by Aram Kovach / Xyloquint, or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from that content, except for personal, non-commercial listening — including the track made available for download on this Site, which is provided for personal listening only, not redistribution or commercial use.

Some content on this Site is composed with the assistance of AI tools. That's disclosed here plainly rather than hidden: the creative direction, writing, and production decisions are Aram Kovach's; AI tools are used as part of the process.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated means to scrape or copy this Site beyond what's explicitly permitted for search and AI indexing purposes (see robots.txt and llms.txt); attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party platforms and links

This Site links to and embeds content from third-party platforms — including SoundCloud, TikTok, Patreon, LinkedIn, X, and others listed in the footer. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
